Domestic Orders - Cancellation Policy

1. In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of order placement (before dispatch). After 1 hour, processing begins and packing charges will incur; only the product cost will be refunded.
2. Once the product is fully processed and ready for dispatch, no refunds will be applicable.

Domestic Orders - Return Policy

1. If your package arrives in damaged condition or the outer packaging has been tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Immediately mail us at info@akkaretty.com or akkaretty@gmail.com with your Order ID. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
2. Upon receiving returned items, our team will conduct a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or NEFT) within 10 working days, and a confirmation email will be sent.
3. The refunded amount applies strictly to the product cost and excludes any original shipping fees.
4. To qualify for a full product-cost refund, order cancellations must occur prior to shipment.
